광주도시관리공사는 모든 경영 활동에서 인간의 존엄과 가치를 중시하는 인권경영을 적극 실시하여
내·외부 이해관계자와 더불어 지속 가능한 발전을 추구한다.

이를 위하여 우리 공사는 내·외부 이해관계자에 대한 인권 존중의 책무를 다하고 모든 임직원
가치판단의 기준으로서 다음과 같이 인권경영 선언문을 선포한다.

하나, 우리는 종교·성별·인종·학력·지역·장애 등을 이유로 차별하지 않으며, 상호 존중과 배려의 윤리적인
근무환경을 제공한다.

하나, 우리는 어떠한 형태의 부당한 노동을 허용하지 않으며, 안전하고 건강한 근무여건을 조성하여 산업안전,
환경보호 및 보건위생을 증진한다.

하나, 우리는 단체교섭 및 결사의 자유를 보장하고 노·사 간 신뢰 기반의 공동 번영을 지향하며, 상생의 발전을
추구한다.

하나, 우리는 고객에게 고객이 만족할 수 있는 최상의 서비스를 제공하고, 업무상 수집한 개인정보를 보호하는 등
고객가치를 중시한다.

하나, 우리는 시민의 건강을 증진하고 편안한 여가를 지원하면서 안전을 보장한다.

하나, 우리는 노인, 아동, 여성, 장애인 등 사회적 약자의 권익 보호를 위해 노력한다.

위와 같이 우리 공사는 인권을 보고하고 존중하는 책임감 있는 태도로 인권경영의 정착과 확산을 위해

Joint Labor-Management Declaration of Gwangju Urban Management Corporation

Gwangju Urban Management Corporation actively practices human
rights management that values human dignity and value in all management activities and
pursues sustainable development along with internal and external stakeholders.

To this end, our company shall fulfill its responsibility to respect human rights to internal and external stakeholders and
declare the Declaration of Human Rights Management as follows based on the value judgment of all executives and employees:

One. We respect and support international standards and norms for human rights, including the United Nations World
Human Rights Sailor, and strive to prevent human rights violations and actively rescue them.

One. We do not discriminate on the grounds of religion, gender, race, educational background, region, disability, etc. and
provide an ethical working environment of mutual respect and consideration.

One. We do not allow any form of unfair labor and promote industrial safety, environmental protection and health hygiene
by creating safe and healthy working conditions.

One. We aim for the freedom of collective bargaining and association, the joint prosperity of trust-based between labor and
management, and the development of co-prosperity.

One. We value customers by providing them with the best service that they can be satisfied with and protecting
their personal information collected in their work.

One, we improve the health of citizens, support comfortable leisure, and ensure safety.

One, we strive to protect the rights and interests of the socially disadvantaged, such as the elderly, children, women,
and impairment.

As above, our company is responsible for protecting and respecting human rights and
for the establishment and spread of human rights management.
